Under new guidance from the TABC, you’re able to consume wine on premise as long as you purchase food from our menu. We are able to operate inside at 75% capacity, offering bottles, glasses and tastings for on-premise consumption, as well as our delicious food options. The 75% does not include outdoor space. We ask for your patience, as once we reach capacity, we will only allow additional guests to enter once others have exited. We’re still following all other mandatory State guidelines as well and are excited to safely welcome you back!

GADELA WINES List
Brisa Sauvignon Blanc and Kiwi Pear infusion is crisply tart and delightfully fruity. Has gooseberry and grassy notes complimented by the Kiwi and Pear notes. This wine is very soft and gentle. Very nice summer wine. Ladies love it. Its back by popular demand !!!
Gewürztraminer is an aromatic wine grape variety from cool climates in Germany. This Semi-dry gewürztraminer has aroma of roses, passion fruit and floral notes.
Riesling is a white grape variety which originated in the Rhine region of Germany. Riesling is an aromatic grape variety displaying flowery, almost perfumed, aromas as well as high acidity. This is a semi-dry wine and displays a special fruit bouquet.
Viognier elegant complexity that showcases lush, ripe flavors of stone fruit. It achieves graceful balance with notes of honey and spice.
Kerubim (Sold Out)Cab-Syh-Zin blend / Cab provides the framework for the blend with its ample acids and tannins, as well as distinctive blackcurrant flavors. Syrah provides additional dark fruit flavors of blueberry and plum along with cracked black pepper. Zinfandel gives an additional layer of jammy berryfruit flavors, including raspberry and blackberry finishing with a light sweet red.
Shiraz (One case left)is a medium bodied mouth-filling wine with ripe soft tannins. Plum, cherry and red berry flavors are well integrated with very light oak and a touch of spice that finishes with length and persistence.
Cabernet Sauvignon (Two cases left) is a very smooth medium body wine with plum, vanilla, blackberry, cola and a hint of spice. Rich enough to fill up your palate with subtle flavors from this grape.
Petite Sirah a full-bodied wine with striking deep violet hues. Equally bold aromas of dark tea leaves and smoke entice the nose. Flavors of wild black cherries and plum coat the mouth with hints of baking spices from oak aging. Rich tannins create structure bold enough to pair with strong flavors and herbs such as black pepper, clove and rosemary.
Zinfandel is classic, rich and distinctive with dark blackberry and cherry flavors and a hint of floral. It is aged in french oak barrels for 18 months, which adds hints of cloves and mocha.
Feast is a Cabernet-Syrah blend is made with grapes from select Texas. This unique blend, while complex, dances on the palate in silky transitions from one flavor to the next to create an exquisite wine. Comes to your nose with earth and dark fruit tones with a hint of mint. You may find blackberry, pepper and chocolate, followed by sweet tobacco and vanilla.
Cabernet franc (Two cases left) The red berry characteristics of the vinifera grape Cabernet Franc translate as an Icewine into strawberry like aromas and flavors. The color comes from pressing only as there is no skin contact during fermentation.
Nebbiolo (Sold Out) has complex flavors and aromas, including roses, cherries, truffles, and mints. Also some hints of tar, tobacco, and leather. Other characteristics of wine made from Nebbiolo grapes include high tannins, high acidity, and medium high alcohol content.
Amarone flavors of black cherry, brown sugar, molasses, fig and chocolate. Some port taste in the background.
Serafin rich chocolate port fortified with brandy. Intense cherry, blackberry, vanilla, cinnamon and brown sugar. Its back by popular demand !!!

GADELA Winery Public Announcement About The Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19):
UPDATE: GADELA Winery is currently open following the state guidelines. Our objective is to keep our customers and staff as safe as possible while maintaining our operations in a safe environment so that we can continue to stay open to the public.
GADELA Winery has made a decision to cancel all scheduled public music until further notice.
We are monitoring the outbreak and complying with relevant governmental requirements. Additionally, we are utilizing recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to reduce risks through good hygiene and infection control practices.

Our tasting consist of 8 wines available at the time of your visit. We will go over a short explanation of our wines being tasted with a brief history of our winery. Regular tastings are on a walk-in basis during normal GADELA business hours. No reservations required. Groups of 8 or more, please call us ahead of time.
